Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Route 96 Power & Paddle!
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products to meet your satisfaction. If an item has not met your expectations, you may return or exchange the merchandise to the store. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to open or slightly used items. Returns will be tendered to the original method of payment. Route 96 Power & Paddle reserves the right to refuse a return at any time for any reason unless required by law. Returns or exchanges must be made 90 days from purchase date. Items must be returned to physical location.
Product Warranty
If a product defect occurs as the result of normal use within a reasonable amount of time* after purchase, Route 96 Power & Paddle will replace product, repair the product, or issue a fair and reasonable credit. The amount of the credit will be determined by Route 96 Power & Paddle’s sole judgment. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. The product must be used for the manufacturers intended use for the product in order to receive credit or replacement. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. You must return your product to our physical location in order to receive credit or replacement.
